Booking Conditions

Booking requests may be submitted by email, WhatsApp, or another communication channel agreed upon with MuslimTravelChina.
Quotations are prepared according to the travel dates, number of travelers, itinerary, accommodation, transport, meals, guide services, and other requirements provided at the time of enquiry.
Prices and availability may change if the travel dates, group size, itinerary, hotels, room arrangements, service requirements, or included services are changed. Unless otherwise stated, a quotation does not constitute a confirmed booking or guarantee the availability of the quoted services.

A booking is confirmed only after MuslimTravelChina has issued written booking confirmation and the required deposit or full payment has been received according to the agreed payment schedule.
Verbal discussions, preliminary itineraries, and quotations should not be considered confirmation of services.

Deposit amounts, payment deadlines, balance due dates, accepted currencies, and payment methods will be stated in the quotation, invoice, contract, or booking confirmation.
Payments must be made according to the agreed schedule. Late payment may delay reservations, result in the release of services held by suppliers, or affect the availability and cost of the arrangements. Any bank charges or transfer fees will be handled according to the relevant quotation or invoice.

Requests to change travel dates, group size, hotels, room types, transport, meals, itinerary, or other confirmed services must be submitted in writing.
MuslimTravelChina will review requested changes based on supplier availability. Changes may result in revised prices, additional charges, or different booking conditions. No requested change is confirmed until it has been accepted in writing by MuslimTravelChina.

If a confirmed hotel, vehicle, restaurant, guide, attraction, or other service becomes unavailable for operational reasons, MuslimTravelChina may arrange a suitable alternative of a comparable standard.
The travel partner will be informed as soon as reasonably practical. If the alternative involves a material change in service or cost, the available options will be discussed with the travel partner before further arrangements are made whenever circumstances allow.

The travel partner must provide accurate and complete traveler information by the deadlines stated in the booking confirmation. This may include full names as shown on passports, passport details when required, arrival and departure information, rooming lists, dietary requirements and food allergies, mobility or accessibility requirements, and other information relevant to the confirmed services.
Muslim-friendly dining or other specific service requirements must be communicated clearly before confirmation and updated promptly if they change. Late, inaccurate, or incomplete information may affect hotel check-in, transport, ticket reservations, meal arrangements, or other services.

The travel partner is responsible for reviewing the itinerary, quotation, inclusions, exclusions, and booking terms before confirmation; providing accurate traveler and booking information; making payments by the agreed deadlines; communicating confirmed arrangements and relevant policy terms to travelers; and ensuring that travelers hold valid passports, visas, insurance, and other required travel documents.

All cancellations must be submitted in writing. Applicable cancellation charges and refund arrangements are governed by the terms stated in the quotation, contract, booking confirmation, or MuslimTravelChina’s separate Cancellation and Refund Policy.
Supplier-specific conditions may apply to hotels, transport, air or rail tickets, attraction tickets, and other prepaid services.

The terms stated in the relevant quotation, contract, invoice, or booking confirmation take precedence if they differ from this general Booking Policy. MuslimTravelChina and the travel partner may agree to additional terms in writing for a specific booking.
