No Tourist Shopping Policy
MuslimTravelChina does not use artificially low tour prices to attract bookings and then recover the price difference through compulsory shopping stops, retail commissions, or payments linked to travellers' purchases.
Our quotations are based on the actual cost of the confirmed services, including accommodation, transport, guides, meals, admission tickets, and operational arrangements. Compulsory shopping and commission-based retail visits are not used to subsidize the tour price.
This policy applies to tours and ground services operated or coordinated by MuslimTravelChina. Any retail visit specifically requested by a travel partner must be clearly identified and confirmed in writing before the tour.

01
No Compulsory Shopping Stops
Itineraries arranged by MuslimTravelChina do not include compulsory visits to shops, factories, exhibition centers, traditional medicine stores, jewelry stores, silk shops, tea shops, or similar retail venues for the purpose of generating sales commissions.
Retail venues will not be presented as sightseeing attractions unless the commercial nature of the visit has been clearly disclosed in advance.
-
02
No Purchase Requirements
Travelers are not required to enter a shop, attend a product presentation, or make a purchase as a condition of joining or completing the tour.
The quality, content, or duration of the confirmed travel services will not depend on how much a traveler spends during the trip.
-
03
No Sales Pressure
Guides, drivers, and local service providers working on MuslimTravelChina arrangements must not pressure travelers to buy products; request or imply a minimum amount of spending; extend a shopping visit without prior agreement; replace confirmed sightseeing with an unapproved retail visit; or link the standard of service to travelers' purchases.
-
04
Traveler-Requested Shopping
Travelers may choose to shop during their free time or request assistance in visiting a particular market, shopping center, or store.
When such assistance affects the confirmed itinerary, any additional transport, guide time, or service cost will be discussed in advance. The visit remains voluntary and does not create any obligation to make a purchase.
-
05
Responsibility for Purchases
Any purchase made by a traveler is a private transaction between the traveler and the seller.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, MuslimTravelChina is not responsible for product quality, authenticity, pricing, warranties, delivery, refunds, return conditions, or after-sales service. Travelers should check the product, price, receipt, payment terms, return conditions, and delivery arrangements before completing a purchase.
-
06
Partner-Requested Retail Visits
If a travel partner specifically requests a market, factory outlet, shopping center, or other retail experience, the nature and purpose of the visit must be confirmed in writing before the tour.
A partner-requested retail visit does not require travelers to purchase any product.
-
07
Guide and Supplier Conduct
Guides, drivers, and local suppliers are expected to follow the confirmed itinerary and this policy.
Any unapproved shopping stop, compulsory spending request, misleading retail arrangement, or inappropriate sales pressure should be reported to MuslimTravelChina as soon as possible. The matter will be reviewed with the relevant guide or supplier.

08
Policy Application
This policy forms part of MuslimTravelChina's service standards. Any exception must be requested by the travel partner and confirmed in writing before the relevant services begin.
Where a quotation, contract, or booking confirmation contains specific written terms relating to a requested retail visit, those terms will apply to that particular booking.
